Social & Influencer Marketing Manager (Contract)

Role

Shareability is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social & Influencer Marketing Manager who lives and breathes internet pop culture and has proven success spearheading social and influencer campaigns for major brands. This is a contract role directly servicing one of our biggest clients and a unique opportunity to integrate into a leading marketing department within a major global brand. The ideal candidate is self driven - a naturally curious and analytical person on the pulse of current trends, and a strong storyteller. This role will be leading culturally relevant campaigns resulting in deep audience engagement. This is a fast paced work environment. Poise and proactivity are essential.

We value someone with the ability to take direction and understand the task at hand while also proactively engaging with partners and Xfn teams to both pitch and troubleshoot, applying their own creative solutions to deliver a final product. The Ideal Candidate…

Will…

  • Work cross-functionally to build engaging social and influencer strategies that ladder up to marketing campaign objectives

  • Become an expert in key target audience interests and behaviors, and relevant cultural fandoms, driving further engagement and reach

  • Guide and collaborate with regional and local partners on global campaigns to ensure scale across key regions. 

  • Drive effective execution for social and influencer campaigns for US, inclusive of agency management, CRM and budget management adherence, and status tracking

    Contribute to key internal materials and reports including deck slides, analysis summaries, and other presentation needs.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in social and influencer marketing, and more broadly - short form video

  • Identify trends, flag anomalies, and effectively communicate findings with key stakeholders

  • Ingrained in social platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and beyond.

  • A self-starter and has the ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, especially when there are multiple projects running concurrently

Has…

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Masters Degree (preferably in a business, marketing or communications field) and 10+ years of relevant professional experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills both internally and with outside partners

  • Robust experience in a fast-paced digital, tech and/or entertainment environment

  • A strong creative gut for what works on the internet

  • Experience with Social Listening and social/influencer analysis

** The salary range for the contract is equivalent to $165k annually to $195k annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications.
